Hammers target Bedimo has "agreement" with unnamed Premier League side

Montpellier full back Henri Bedimo last night told French sports daily L'Equipe that he has a verbal agreement with a mystery English side over a summer move.

"Nothing has been written down, but I have a moral agreement with the club," the defender said yesterday.

Sam Allardyce is known to be an admirer of the powerful Cameroon international and saw a £1.75m bid for Bedimo rejected by Montpellier in January, and recent speculation has suggested that the Hammers boss will make a second attempt to sign the 28 year old in the summer. One way or another, Bedimo looks set to head to the Premier League.
