Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup has told
Sky Sports that he cannot see a move materialising for Sevilla forward Alvaro Negredo, as he feels his club will simply be priced out of the market.
West Ham have been
linked in recent weeks with the powerful Spain international and have emerged as the favourites to sign Negredo with Capital One Cup winners Swansea dropping out of the race.
"It's out of our league," Laudrup told
Sky Sports. "I think we're talking double figures in terms of millions of pounds, I know there are other teams who want to sign him and we cannot pay £10m, £12m or £14m."
Get in there, Sam, while the going's good...
