The postponed West Ham Development Squad match against Southampton has been rearranged for May 2nd at 2.30 pm, the club have confirmed.
The club's official Twitter wrote today: “Our #BU21PL away game at Southampton has now been rearranged for 2.30pm on Thursday 2 May at the Southampton Training Ground #whufc”.
whufc.com earlier confirmed that the match had been called off after the young Hammers’ ‘keeper was involved in a car crash in Harold Hill.
Jake Larkins had been heading to the match when his car collided with two others, but he is said to be recovering from minor injuries at home with his family.
Best wishes to Jake, and hopefully he won’t be out of action for too long.
