Quag's a slag: Italy striker set for Juve stay

Reported West Ham target Fabio Quagliarella will not be moving in the summer, according to TalkSport. The Italian international has been out of favour for Antonio Conte's men this season and has fallen down the pecking order despite rattling in 10 goals in 21 appearances this term, but now looks likely to stay in Italy.

The 30 year old's agent Beppe Bozzo told Italian website Tutto Mercato last night that Juventus are keen to keep his man, amid reported interest from the Hammers, as well as from Wolfsburg and Fenerbahce.

"Despite all the transfer rumours, I think Juventus are ultra-convinced of keeping him. Fabio has shown time and time again that he produces results when called upon, and he has reached the maturity that allows you to keep playing for a great side. If the manager signs more strikers in the summer, that will not be a problem for him."

This is will be a bitter blow for West Ham manager Sam Allardyce, who has long been an admirer of the powerful forward and tried to sign him last summer along with then-teammate Milos Krasic; now, coincidentally; at Fenerbahce.

Looks like it's back to the drawing board then.. or back to Bony? Or Carroll? Who do you think West Ham should sign up front? Give us your say on Twitter at @Bl0wingBubbles or on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Blowing-Bubbles/407762685948414
