The rumour mill has thrown up another interesting story this evening for Hammers fans, with West Ham representatives said to currently be in Spain to speak to representatives of Sevilla's Alvaro Negredo. The 27 year old has scored 23 goals in 31 appearances for Los Rojiblancos in La Liga so far this season and is a proven scorer at international level as well, with 6 strikes in 14 games for world champions Spain. Negredo has proven himself time after time in his home country and at this stage of his career is said to want a new challenge and is open to a move abroad.
It'll be interesting to see how this one develops, if there's any truth in it.. yet another striking option potentially.
