Bony keen on "attractive" Hammers move

West Ham target Wilfried Bony has revealed that he is drawn to a Boleyn Ground move. The striker is attracting interest from the likes of Chelsea and Inter Milan but reports in recent days have suggested that the Irons are leading the chase for the Ivory Coast star, with co-chairman David Sullivan having a meeting with the striker's representatives in London last week and the club's hopes of landing him have been given a boost today by the striker's comments.

"I'm aware of the interest from West Ham- nothing concrete has been agreed yet, but the club attracts me. Vitesse have shown me such little respect and I want to move."

All this should be taken with a pinch of salt; Bony is clearly a wily young man with a very good idea of his value and today also described Chelsea as a "top club" who he would "be glad" to play for.

Still, it's nice to be liked...

  1. Screw him. AC for me. 100%. Risking money on someone whose quality has been judged based on play in Holland is silly. If he were priced lie Maiga, OK. Take a punt. But 12 million or more? How can ANYONE give that a thumbs up and in the same breath say Carroll isn't worth 17? Insane in my opinion.
