Another one bites the dust as Aston Villa's versatile full back Stephen Warnock has joined Championship side Leeds United in the last hour. The ex England international, who will wear shirt number fifteen at Elland Road, was strongly linked with the Hammers on Sunday and was reported as being set for a medical at Upton Park with a deal being agreed with the Villains, but Leeds reportedly offered the 31 year old a more long term contract than was on the table from West Ham and so moves to Yorkshire. Our sources say that further deals for the Irons are unlikely before 11pm so could be a boring night for all of us of a claret and blue persuasion.
