West Ham are about to lose out on yet another transfer target as French side Marseille push ahead of them in the race to sign Razvan Rat. The 31 year old's club Shakhtar Donestsk are ready to sell him after talks over a new contract broke down, and Marseille, sitting third in Ligue One are now favourites to sign him, with reports in France claiming that a deal could be sealed in the next 24 hours. This will come as another blow to Hammers fans anxious to see the squad strengthened before tomorrow night's transfer deadline- are we going to see any more new signings?
