According to Blowing Bubbles's sources, Hammers hitman Andy Carroll could be back on the bench against Fulham in two days time, after recovering from a serious hamstring injury. The big number eight, who has been out of action since before Christmas, is odds-on for a place on the West Ham bench at Craven Cottage but will not be fit enough to start. It remains to be seen whether the England star will sufficiently in shape to lead the line against Swansea on Saturday, but with the team struggling for goals, it's splendid news for all us Irons that Carroll will be back- and with something to prove too, one would imagine.
