Hendo heading out?

Hammers’ reserve goalkeeper Stephen Henderson may make his Upton Park exit before the transfer window closes.

Henderson is being linked with Championship club Blackburn Rovers, which would reportedly be part of a deal taking Rovers’ ex-England international keeper Paul Robinson to West Ham.

Last week, Mick McCarthy also showed interest in bringing Henderson to Ipswich, where the Irishman spent the last two months of the season on loan.

Paul Robinson has already played under Allardyce at Blackburn, and is currently out of favour at the North West club, having been strongly linked with a move away in the summer.

With so many strong connections for both goalkeepers with managers of prospective clubs, a deal could well be struck as we edge closer to deadline day.
