French giants Marseille have made a late bid for West Ham target Razvan Rat; but neither club looks likely to land the Romanian international left back as the 31 year old's manager is unwilling to let him go. Shakhtar Dontesk boss mircea Lucescu was quoted by Sky Sports as saying "I cannot let Rat go just before the end of the transfer window because I cannot find another left back so soon." There has so far been no news on any of the Irons' other left back targets as the position of goalkeeper has dominated the claret and blue headlines so far. Will there be any more signings for the Hammers, with just over six hours till the window shuts?
