French giants Marseille are planning to make an 11th hour bid for Montpellier full back Henri Bedimo, according to today's L'Equipe.
The Cameroon international revealed last month that he had a verbal agreement to sign for an unnamed English club in the summer, believed to be West Ham, but Marseille are known to want to rebuild their squad ahead of next season's domestic and European campaigns and the powerful Bedimo could fit the bill defensively for the former European Cup winners.
