Leyton Orient have renewed their request for a judicial review into the tenancy of the Olympic Stadium, the East London and West Essex Guardian are reporting this evening.
West Ham were officially awarded the stadium in March but Orient contested the decision at the time and had a written request for a review rejected by a court in April and have now repeated that request for a review of the LLDC's decision, on the grounds that the body breached its rules by failing to adequately explore the possibility of a groundshare between the League One outfit and the Hammers.
"We fear for the worst," said the O's ever-opinionated chairman Barry Hearn tonight.
"West Ham have been the beneficiaries of a fabulously inexpensive deal paid for by the taxpayer and all we're saying is that Orient should benefit as well from the Olympic legacy of sport."
"West Ham have already given away 100,000 tickets to watch a Premier League side in a huge venue and I don't think it's much of a fair fight. We could become the the hidden tribe of the east end."
The news comes as whufc.com report the results of the YouGov consultation of Hammers supporters over the move, with 85% of the 12,000 fans who voted in the poll in favour of the move.
Those familiar with Mr Hearn will know that he loves playing the victim role and portraying his club as 'little Orient who just can't compete with the Premier League big boys down the road,' and as he prepares to launch yet another doomed judicial review, it's worth bearing in mind one Leyton Orient fan's take on Hearn's motivation for wanting to move his club from the MatchRoom Stadium.

Olympic poll results show '85% of fans back move'
The results from the SMG YouGov supporter consultation on West Ham's proposed move to the Olympic Stadium in 2016 have returned and in a resounding victory for the club's board, the statistics shows that 85% of fans who took the poll support the move to Stratford.
A further 10% said that they would potentially back the move but required more information, and 50% said that they supported the move because 'they believe it will provide the resources to improve the squad and build the club.'
These results are perhaps not surprising, given how the questionnaire was set up. With multiple choice questions requiring fans to rate various aspects of the move at various levels of importance and then no further questions delving further into those concerns that fans may have had about specific aspects of the move, the result could in a lot of senses be said to be a foregone conclusion as soon as the questionnaire was launched.
Around 12,000 supporters took the questionnaire- just over a third of the number who regularly attend home games currently.
The purpose of the questionnaire should also perhaps be called into question, given co-chairman David Sullivan's previous comment that '85% of fans support the move,' even before the supporter consultation was launched. The wisdom of 'consulting' fans on the issue after the decision had already been made to move is also a controversial topic for many supporters.
Vice-chairman Karren Brady declared herself 'delighted' at the results and said that the club must now 'engage further' with the 10% who have requested further information about the move.

Hammers confirm 'fantastic' news of Allardyce stay
West Ham have this afternoon confirmed the news reported to you by Blowing Bubbles earlier today that manager Sam Allardyce has signed a new two year deal at the club.
The news was last night broken by co-chairman David Sullivan's son Jack on Twitter but an official statement has now been made by the club, and both Sullivan and his co-chairman David Gold have told of their happiness at retaining the services of the former Bolton, Newcastle and Blackburn manager.
"This is fantastic news for West Ham United," Gold said today. "Sam has made a hugely positive impact since joining the club nearly two years ago. We [originally] chose to recruit Sam because we knew he would bring discipline, determination, passion and respect to Chadwell Heath and he has delivered on all fronts. It is obvious that Sam is respected by all the players and the relationships that exist throughout the club are some of the best I've seen in my 20 years in football. We can now look forward to the next few years with optimism and I am already excited about our plans for the 2013/2013 season.
David Sullivan was equally elated but somewhat unsurprisingly, could not resist moulding his praise for Allardyce around a strong Olympic Stadium theme.
"I am delighted that we have reached an agreement to extend Sam Allardyce's stay at West Ham United," said Sullivan.
"We have a very real possibility of achieving a top ten finish this season, which would exceed all our expectations and be a fantastic achievement for a newly-promoted side. With Sam's future now secured and our Premier League survival guaranteed for next season, Sam will now have the exciting challenge of building a squad that will befit a team playing in the Olympic Stadium."
"With a highly-rated manager, a stunning new home and two high-profile sponsorship agreements announced in the last few months, these are extremely exciting times for West Ham United."
The Irons do, of course, have a game to play up at Everton in just over an hour, and Allardyce will want to celebrate with a win. We'll get you some team news as it comes through.

Free Blowing Bubbles Issue#7 NOW online

I also thought had Nolan’s goal not been disallowed, we could have picked up three points against the reigning champions who I felt thought they would beat us easily and were already thinking about their “must win” Champions League clash against Ajax.
We welcome Stoke to Upton Park on Monday for yet another game in front of the cameras and this surely is a game we must be looking to secure maximum points from.
Don’t get me wrong, Tony Pulis’ side will be hard to beat but compared to the teams we are playing in the coming weeks, you would hope our boys will really push to get all three points and continue our good momentum.
Looking at this week’s issue, our upcoming clashes against London rivals Spurs and Manchester United have got our writers all excited.
We’ve got some brilliant pieces from the likes of Joell Mayoh (pages 14&15), Richard Johnson (pages 20&21), Lucy Woolford (pages 22&23), Andrew Hosie (pages 26&27) and Geoff Hillyer (page 35) on these games and I think they will bring back some good/bad memories. You might also find yourself either agreeing with what they’ve said or completely disagreeing, either way they are worth a read.
Leading the issue is an excellent piece by News Editor Alex Shilling (pages 4&5) on why we’ve got more firepower up top than just Andy Carroll and why people are foolish to think otherwise. Rik Moran puts his case forward on why a move to the Olympic Stadium should be welcomed (page 8) before Dave Clark (page 9) looks past our tough run in to Christmas and explains why our games in January and February will make or break our season.
We’ve also got a piece from the Meagher family (page 10) arguing who are our best wing pairing while Carl Bateson outlines Stoke’s strengths and weaknesses in his piece (page 13).
Finally we've got a cracking article from Neil Chatteron (pages 24&25) on Hurricane Sandy and the destruction it left behind over in NYC and some cracking Opposition View articles this week with Stoke, Spurs and Man Utd fans talking to us about our games against them and their view of the mighty Hammers.
We really hope you like this issue, click here to read it on your mobile, tablet and/or computer.
